PREPAYMENT POLICY

 

TRIO CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PREPAY TO RESERVE ANY TIME SLOT. THIS CAN BE DONE ONLINE THROUGH CATCH CORNER OR BY CALLING 905-417-3700 AND BOOKING WITH A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE OR BY COMING IN DIRECTLY TO THE FACILITY AND PAYING BY CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT.

 

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WITHOUT PREPAYMENT, WE DO NOT RESERVE ANY TIME SLOTS.

REFUND POLICY

 

72 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

(If you let us know later then 72 hours, such as 36 hours or 24 hour notice - you will not get a credit for future field rental)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

 

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING, YOU MUST GIVE A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT ONLY.

 

LONG-TERM CONTRACTS 

 

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY AND ALL PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE, A CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED FOR ANY MISSED TIME WHEN GIVEN A MINIMUM OF 72 HOURS NOTICE.

Unfortunately, our front desk staff are not authorized to make any changes to existing bookings or provide any credit/ refunds etc.

All requests must go through Management Ben Z
